Calculus:

Geometry:

You have a Journal due on Wednesday, January 7th.

Please finish graphing the function y = -2x³ - 6x² - 3. Make sure you're checking both y' for increasing/decreasing and y'' for concavity.

Calculus:
Finish the problem from class today: y = (9/4)x^4/3 - 9x^1/3. Use your knowledge of the first and second derivatives to find where y is increasing, decreasing, concave up, concave down, and make a general sketch of y.

Geometry:
Today we continued talking about CPCTC and the Base Angle Theorem. You have a packet due on Monday, along with your Journal.
